Chaffetz: There's Plenty of Evidence Clinton Lied Under Oath

Tomorrow the House Oversight Committee will hold a hearing questioning key members of Hillary Clinton's technology team about her use of multiple private servers and the deletion of email archives, with the tool BleachBit, while under subpoena. The Committee will also revisit whether Clinton perjured herself in previous congressional testimony about her email practices.

During a preview of the hearing on America's Newsroom Monday, Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz said there is more than enough evidence to prove Clinton lied under oath about the use of her email server.

"Did she or did she not lie under oath? There's a lot of evidence already that says yes, she did lie under oath. My concern with Hillary Clinton is she continues to look into the camera, even when she raises her right hand and swears to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and lies. That's a deep concern," Chaffetz said. "I think clearly [she lied under oath]."

In this case, lying under oath is a federal crime.
