Purple Haired Professor Rips Down 9/11 Memorial Posters

Each year hundreds of American college students participate in Young America's Foundation's 9/11 Never Forget Project, planting flags for each person lost on that horrible day and placing memorial posters around campus.

This week purple haired history professor Margot Lovett, who teaches at Saddleback College, was caught on video ripping down 9/11 memorial posters. Her reason for doing so? She told students they didn't have the proper stamp from student government to put them up and that they needed to be posted in a free speech zone, not on buildings.

"You know if you want, you're allowed to put posters up you can but you need to get permission from the student government to do that," she told YAF students who put up the posters. "Otherwise, I have to take them down because they need a stamp...So that's why I'm taking them down so you understand."

"You can go into the student services center, it's on the second floor, it's a free speech area, anybody can be there, but you can't put stuff on buildings," she continued.

I at least hope Lovett recycled the posters....
