Clinton: No, I Don't Believe I Have Ever Lied to the American People

Hillary Clinton actually just claimed that she’s always been truthful with the American people. Well, in fairness, she claimed she’s always tried be, at least.

“Well, I have to tell you, I have tried in every way I know how, literally from my years as a young lawyer all the way through my time as secretary of State, to level with the American people,” the former secretary of state told CBS in an interview Thursday.

Pushing back, Scott Pelley bluntly asked the presidential candidate: “Have you always told the truth?”

“I’ve always tried to. Always. Always,” she added.

A skeptical Pelley responded, “Some people are going to call that wiggle room you just gave yourself."

“I don’t believe I ever have,” a frustrated Clinton shot back, “I don’t believe I ever will.”

Pelley knows as well as anyone else watching that she was literally lying through her teeth in that interview. The number times she’s lied are too many to count, and that’s just talking about recently.

If, however, you’ve been living under a rock, she blamed Benghazi on a video, she lied about her email scandal, plus, her claim that she had ‘no classified material’ on her private server has now been disproven more than 1,000 times, she also very recently lied about replacing Scalia on the Supreme Court, and we could go on and on an on. If you want to see some older goodies:

So please, Secretary Clinton, do tell us how you’ve “always tried” to be truthful. Not even Democrats are buying it.
