Obama "Confident in the Wisdom of the American People" to Elect a Democrat in 2016

At this morning's Paris climate conference (COP21) press briefing, President Obama took a second to weigh in on the 2016 Presidential elections:

Reporter: "Can leaders gathered here believe that the United States will keep it's commitments even after you've left office, if a Republican succeeds you in the White House?" 

Obama: "You know, just with respect to my successor, let me first of all say that I'm anticipating a Democrat succeeding me. I'm confident in the wisdom of the american people on that front."

I wouldn't be so sure, Mr. President. With a lack of strong leadership in opposition against ISIS, murky foreign policy with countries like Russia, China, Turkey and Syria, and an immigration and refugee crisis that continues to divide the country as just a few of the top issues being weighed by the American voter this cycle, I wouldn't place all my money on dear Secretary Clinton.

She's busy dealing with her classified emails, anyway.

The American people are wise enough to know this is not the leadership our country needs.
