The FDA is taking on the important issues in order to keep your family safe this Christmas. The agency is issuing guidance on how to regulate popular Star Wars toys, like light sabers. Given that the toys are neither a food, nor a drug, it seems pretty obvious that the agency is overstaffed and underworked.

A court in Buenos Aires has declared that an orangutan held in captivity is being denied its fundamental “human right” to freedom… I assume the court was worried that if we’re allowed to keep monkeys in cages, we might soon do the same to lawyers and judges.

North Korea is insisting they had nothing to do with the cyber-attacks on Sony Entertainment. In fact, they are now threatening to hack other US systems if we don’t acknowledge their innocence. I think there’s a chubby little dictator somewhere that needs to brush up on his public relations.
