Last week, the House Intelligence Committee voted to declassify their Benghazi report. For those who thought the Obama administration could be responsible for any wrongdoing, it seems those speculations were misplaced; the panel found no such evidence, but that’s according to the second-ranking Democrat on the committee (via the San Francisco Chronicle):
The House Intelligence Committee, led by Republicans, has concluded that there was no deliberate wrongdoing by the Obama administration in the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, said Rep. Mike Thompson of St. Helena, the second-ranking Democrat on the committee.
The panel voted Thursday to declassify the report, the result of two years of investigation by the committee. U.S. intelligence agencies will have to approve making the report public.
Thompson said the report "confirms that no one was deliberately misled, no military assets were withheld and no stand-down order (to U.S. forces) was given."
Keep in mind that the report is now under review by seventeen other government agencies that make up our intelligence community, according to Politico. The heads of those agencies will decide if the report should be declassified.
But, left-leaning outlets, like the Huffington Post, are already saying that it’s undercutting Republican conspiracy theory claims about this horrific event…based on statements made by Congressional Democrats.

Keep in mind that the report has yet to be released.
The way you know it's the right move to wait and see what becomes of this development is watching how MSNBC is treating this event, saying it's "good" for Obama. They're the only ones it seems, but they're doing their job, along with the rest of their ilk, in keeping the liberal Democratic base sedated (via Mediaite):
While MSNBC waited until Monday afternoon to report this story, it has received zero mentions on CNN, which has been wholly focused on the war in Gaza and a potential ebola virus outbreak. More tellingly, it has also been ignored by Fox News, which tends to lead the charge whenever there is a Benghazi-related piece of news that is damaging to President Barack Obama. The full report has not yet been declassified, so perhaps Fox is just waiting until they can thoroughly review all of the details rather than take the word of one Democratic congressman.
Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) is the chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, which was approved by Congress last May. The first hearings are coming this September.
