As John mentions below and the news media report this morning, the Obama administration is considering changing the location of terrorists' trials currently planned to be held in New York City. This is an interesting switch in official messaging since just

yesterday afternoon when the White House said it would defer to the Justice Department to decide if a change in venue was necessary, and that the White House would take no official stance on the issue.

Either spokesman Bill Burton overstepped his bounds yesterday, or the White House has finally decided to step up to the plate on this one.
