Bernie Sanders Takes Kansas

UPDATE: Sanders destroyed Clinton 67/32. He will nab 23 of the 37 delegates at play; Clinton will get 11.

Kansas Democrats have finished casting their ballots for their caucuses, and Bernie Sanders has emerged the victor. According to KSNTNews reporter Caroline Sweeney, with 90 percent of the vote counted, the Kansas Democratic Party declared the disheveled Democratic socialist the winner. The delegate allocation will be released later tonight. The campaign’s national press secretary, Symone Sanders, said that turnout was higher than the 2008 caucuses.
