When imams' attorneys included the unidentified passengers (listed as  John Does) in the complaint, The Becket Fund insisted the passengers be dropped from the suit and announced it would  represent (for free) any passengers who were identified and  formally named.

For those of you who are interested in the legal battle, The Becket Fund then submitted an amicus brief, asking the court to dismiss the claims -- and also sent a blank notice of  dismissal for the imams' attorneys to sign.

The imams' attorneys have finally dismissed the John Does.
