UPDATE: The court is adjourned until Monday and the advocacy groups are taking their turns at the mic outside. Just saw Charmaine Yoest, a blogger and Family Research Council fellow, say her part:

"This is about parental rights, not about Roe...I have a 12-year-old daughter who has to have written permission to have her ears pierced...This is about parents' rights to know what happens with their children."
