Democrat Congresswoman Insinuates Scott Walker is Literally Lynching African Americans in Wisconsin

Remember when DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said this?: 

“Scott Walker has given women the back of his hand. I know that is stark. I know that is direct. But that is reality.”

DWS has been outdone by Wisconsin Democrat Congresswoman Gwen Moore, who reportedly said during a call with reporters Monday that Scott Walker's policies are "tightening the noose, literally, around African Americans." 

In other words, Scott Walker is lynching blacks in Wisconsin because he has implemented policies Moore disagrees with. Unbelievable.

First of all, Scott Walker isn't "tightening the noose, literally, around African Americans." Second, it's a disgrace Moore would dishonor and cheapen the horrifying experiences of African Americans throughout history just to score political points.
