I'm always wary of translating tidbits of information into electoral predictions, but it certainly seems like a notch in our belt to have the President of the United States be a net loss in electoral success for his own party. As summer primaries are settled, I'll put my money on the Prez kicking back with a summer cocktail instead of hitting campaign trails -- if he hasn't heeded his doctors order to lay off the booze.
