Ok, so maybe he didn't quite say that. But that's certainly the vibe I got from his latest campaign event in Falls Church, Virginia.

His dedication to fixing schools and creating jobs and improving education and working on transportation. Oh, and his vintage Vietnamese community award that hung around his neck, (not a fateful scarf choice, in case anyone was wondering):
