actually doctors, flanking him on the podium. Three of those four were campaign donors.

Let's take a step back: first, Obama fakes the presence of doctors at his own press conference designed to promote his health care reform. The only real ones he actually manages to recruit are political cronies.

If the President isn't even able to show organic support at his own promotional events, where does it exist in the real world?
