Our president's reputation for soaring rhetoric has been extraordinarily flat lately. By contrast, President Reagan proclaimed the freedom of all mankind, and President Kennedy encouraged all Americans to dream big and reach for the stars. President Obama's speeches, however, are hardly memorable these days. Why? Because he’s using his enormous platform to...lecture Americans about how they can sign up for Obamacare. Inspiring stuff.
