BREAKING: ISIS Claiming Responsibility for Brussels Attacks

ISIS has claimed responsibility for Tuesday's attacks in Brussels that killed 31 and injured 106, including at least three Americans.

Last Friday, a suspect in the November 13 attacks throughout Paris was captured in Brussels.

UPDATE: According to NBC News, the claim is legit.
