Brit Hume's Testimony

Kathryn Jean Lopez writes about Brit Hume's comments about Tiger Woods and the bold Christian testimony encompassed in them.

In her piece, she notes the disparagement that has come Hume's way from some of the other pundits around.  What a shame.

As I wrote in Prude, it is amazing today that the only real social "taboo" -- especially for those on the left -- is an open acknowledgement of real and firm Christian faith.  What Hume said was organic to the discussion, and a welcome reminder that people of faith don't have to jettison their religious convictions at the workplace door.

In any case, no matter what anyone says about him, at least there's no need to worry about Brit Hume . . . Matthew 10:32 and all that, you know.
