After a Term that's seen the extension of constitutional protections to terrorists and assurances to child rapists that they can't be executed, it's nice to have the Court come down on the side of law-abiding American gun owners. Just bear in mind that Obama's favorite justices -- Justices Ginsberg, Breyer and Souter -- voted for the first two, and against the third.
In discussing the Court, Barack said, "I want people on the bench who have enough empathy, enough feeling, for what ordinary people are going through." Hm. Who, exactly, have been the "ordinary" people this Term?
