WATCH: Sarah Huckabee Sanders Pinpoints Precisely Why Americans Are Leery of Joe Biden

Former White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders joined "Fox and Friends" on Wednesday to discuss former Vice President Joe Biden's victorious night on Super Tuesday 2.0. Even though he came out with a landslide, not all Americans see the appeal with the former veep.

"I think every time we see more of Joe Biden we see why he shouldn't be president. He doesn't have the temperament," Huckabee Sanders explained. "I don't think that he has, quite frankly, the positions we want a president to have."

According to the former White House press secretary, there's a "clear choice" for voters to make between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.

"We can either continue down the path of prosperity and security under this president or we can go backwards and go back to the ideas of the past of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party that have moved so far to the left that they do not identify and line up with most of America," she said.

"I think we saw that in real-time when he yelled at the guy in the hard hat yesterday," she said, referring to Jerry Wayne, the Michigan voter who asked Biden about his gun control stance.

Huckabee Sanders is right on the money. People are leery of Biden for a number of reasons. One of the biggest issues they see with him are health-related. He struggles to remember where he's at and what race he's running for. He started to cite the Declaration of Independence – on two separate occasions – and couldn't even complete the sentence.

Then there's his issue of flipflopping. Just look at his previous stance on the Hyde Amendment. For decades Biden supported the amendment, which prohibited federal funds for abortion. The only time federal funds could be used for abortion were if it saved the mother's life or the pregnancy came as a result of rape or incest. Biden changed his position on the amendment last year after it became apparent that the Democrats moved further left, supporting late-term abortion and even infanticide.

The former veep continually said he supports the Second Amendment but he tends to put an asterisk next to that statement. He seems to think owning a shotgun and having kids who hunt make him an expert on all things firearms (even though he continually pushes the false notion that an AR-15 is an "assault weapons").

The truth is this: Biden doesn't know how to connect with flyover. He's come out ahead of Bernie simply because people are afraid of socialism. They're afraid of the policies Bernie is proposing and they see Biden as the only alternative on the Democratic side.

Voters have no reason to choose taking 10 steps backwards with Biden when they could continue to take five steps forward with Trump. The booming economy shows people are feeling confident. Why change what isn't broken?
