President Trump didn't like a question he got at the G-7 summit in Canada over the weekend. The reporter asked a pointed question about the bickering between Trump, Canada and European nations, suggesting Trump was alienating our allies and was eager to leave the summit to meet with Kim Jong Un. Before responding, Trump asked the reporter which outlet he represented. He was unsurprised by the answer.

Trump pushed back at the reporter's agenda and said the relationship between the U.S. and her allies is a "ten." He may not agree with what the other nations are doing in terms of trade, but the relationship that he's had with the other countries in the G-7 is "great," he emphasized.
The current trade deficits, he said, are the fault of his predecessors.
"We used to be a nation that was unbelievably cash flow oriented and had no debt of any consequence," he said.
The U.S. and her allies have to make the trades fair, he continued, "they have no choice."

Trump noted that the other nations know they've been taking advantage of the U.S. because all they can do is "smile" at him when he brings it up. They're "negotiating very hard" to make trade fair again.
"So you can tell that to your fake friends at CNN," Trump told the CNN reporter.
