Poll: NJ voters say no to veep Christie
(CNN) – The majority of New Jersey voters do not think Gov. Chris Chrisite would make a good vice presidential pick in 2012, according to a new poll released Tuesday.

The Quinnipiac University survey showed 61 percent of voters thought he would be a poor choice for the number two spot on the GOP ticket. Forty-three percent said it is "very likely" or "somewhat likely" that the Republican presidential nominee picks him and 52 percent said it is "not very likely" or "not likely at all."

Christie is often discussed as a potential presidential contender despite his firm stance against a run for the White House.
