Joe Biden's Chaotic Israel Position Isn't an Accident. It's Primed for Something Sinister.

The Democratic Party walks a waffled line on Israel. What used to be a no-questions-asked backing is no more. The party’s base is becoming increasingly anti-Israel and antisemitic, which Joe Biden must navigate. Or, more accurately, Biden’s aides must navigate to avoid political disaster. Michigan could be in play for Republicans if this war continues, which reached a new level of potential escalation when Iran launched a massive drone and missile barrage against the Jewish state.

Israeli forces killed two Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps generals in Syria in early April, which prompted these retaliatory strikes. We’re lucky Iran telegraphed the attacks and that Arab neighbors relayed such intelligence to Israeli and American officials, which led to a near-total destruction of all ordnances fired from Iran on Saturday. Yet, Biden reportedly said that Iran’s strikes had to be “within certain limits” after he warned Tehran not to do anything before going on vacation. Our commander-in-chief knew Iranian missile strikes against Israel were coming and went to Rehoboth Beach anyway.

He then congratulated American forces in the region for taking down Iranian drones, which he knew were coming. The inauthenticity is stunning:

He later states support for Israel is “ironclad” while also reminding them that the US won’t support Israel’s retaliatory strikes. So, Jews get to be subjected to a window from which radical Islamists can kill them, but they can’t return fire. Some friend. Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY), who not so long ago tried to interfere in Israel’s elections by calling for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ouster on the Senate floor, incredulously issued a tweet offering words of support for Israel and its people. Dude, sit this one out, please.

With Democrats trying to slow Israel down and knowing that Netanyahu won’t heed if things blow up, Biden and his party can rehash an old European play from the 1930s: blame the Jews. Its base already has that sentiment.

Biden is reportedly worried and irritated that Netanyahu could drag us into a regional war. Weren’t you the one who ordered American forces to build a floating pier to deliver aid to Palestinian civilians, aka Hamas? It’s a floating terror target that will soon be operational. Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) already lobbed a heinous smear, claiming that IDF forces could target American personnel delivering aid in a hyperbolic reaction to the errant airstrike that killed some volunteers for the World Central Kitchen. If things go belly up and Biden needs to keep the Rust Belt in play at all costs by appeasing pro-Hamas voters in Michigan, I can see him blaming Israel for escalation. He’s already planting the seeds. It’s a sinister plan, but one that is gaining credence since the Democratic Party is rapidly becoming hostile toward Jewish people.

The president is a dingbat on most things, but on this issue, he’s conjuring ordered chaos that worked before, albeit those people were Nazis.
