Reporting on the Mirror CNBC

So you say the nightmarish lectures are bad business?

The announcement came out that CNBC has shuttered its climate coverage division.

Another climate journalist had plenty to say about this development. His proposed solution? Since the climate reporting was not working, what needs to happen is to provide MORE climate reporting! Also, the claim that "It's not just doom and gloom" is rather hilarious. Try to imagine when it was that you heard anything at all that was encouraging about climate change.

Blue-Anon – MSNBC

We have just entered the "worse than Hitler" stage of the election!

Want to know how serious the press has taken recent polls showing Donald Trump with a lead over Joe Biden? The talk of Trump this week being a Hitler-Nazi is not only continuing, it is ramping up.

First, we have Claire McCaskill joining the recent fray, declaring that Donald is not just a Nazi, but he will actually be WORSE than Hitler!

Not wanting to be surpassed in the hysteria department, Joe Scarborough amplified the talk, as he got more boisterous intoning the coming horrors. He went so far as to promise that Trump would not only jail people but would go on and execute those people. For proof, we only need to look back at his history to see this – because of his known history of executing opponents, we suppose…?

First Amendment Strike Force YOUTUBE

Any other barricades you want to erect in front of these videos you disapprove of on the platform?!

A rather curious and telling detail has emerged where the podcast for Ted Cruz – "Verdict With Ted Cruz." In a recent episode, we see that YouTube has placed not just one but two warnings users need to click through in front of the show. The claim is that some of the content might be "inappropriate" for some users.

His new episode concerns the issue of now renowned crisis actor in Gaza, Saleh Aljafarawi, who has become quasi-famous for appearing in a variety of roles – from being a "journalist," a "doctor," a "bombing victim," and other characterizations. A number of news networks played his recent posting of filming alleged after-effects of a bombing, and Cruz showed this joke of journalism playing.

It can be said that YouTube was protecting viewers from sensitive content (even if it is falsified intensity), except for a detail found. There is a clip from CNN showing some of the damage and carnage of an attack, and even on the air, CNN was cautioning viewers of the graphic depictions in the coming video.

YouTube has no warning about inappropriate content on this segment.

 Anti-Social Media THE NATION

Those with holiday complaint media Bingo cards can check off "Thanksgiving" now!

The need to trash the holidays and our institutions is something the press just cannot hold back from delivering, every single time. For this week, we get the celebratory distemper over Thanksgiving from
The Nation.

This year you can give thanks that you are not as bitter and petulant as Sean Sherman.

Race to the Bottom – FORBES

  • Yeah, the white business owners are going to love this kind of hostility.

Let's take a look at just how misguided Forbes is in producing this latest tripe:

Workplaces are precarious, and salaries are outpaced by inflation. Also DEI initiatives are being tossed aside on the regular, and the journalism market is facing severe cutbacks.

So sure, this is a fine time to have your DEI columnist come out with a piece on "decentralizing whiteness" in the workplace. Sure, produce content no one wants to read while begging for readers, instructing people on how to become insufferable cranks in the office, and pissing off their boss.

A winning strategy, all around!
