We're now 12 months away from the 2024 presidential election and all the other elections at the state and local levels. In my opinion, we must have masses of Conservative citizens writing about their experiences, observations, and viewpoints from now until then.
Our Views Matter
We must flood local newspapers, weekly periodicals, magazines, online forums, and everything else. We need to let it be known that our views are predominant and that we no longer tolerate being gaslighted by a handful of elites who believe that they can forever control all of those mediums.
Do not discount the value of undertaking this effort. Individually, if each of us writes only once or twice a month about what we've observed, what we feel, what we know to be true, what we know to be false, and so on, it will profoundly affect public discourse in America.
Think of it: If you write something every 15 days or so, then over the course of 12 months, you've written 24 items. They could be letters to the editor. They could be blog posts. They could be full-length articles. They could be commentaries and so on.

For too long, Leftists have dominated the media in America. Everyone on the Right knows this, but often, we throw up our hands and think, “What's the use? They've got all the bases covered.” As long as we remain in the background, not writing, not speaking up, not making our voices heard, the Left‘s viewpoints will dominate public discourse.
Let’s Change the Narrative
Most voters are only attuned to the political scene several weeks before the election. Too many people have little or no interest in keeping pace with events. Many people read the headlines of major newspapers or websites, tune into ABC, NBC, or CBS for a few minutes to catch highlights, and believe that what they're being told is what's happening in the world.
The mainstream media in America cranks out narratives so far removed from the truth that we might as well be living in the Soviet Union in the 1930s. There are no words to describe the level of propaganda and gaslighting that goes on in America 24/7/365.
If you're thinking, “I'm not a good writer,” or “I have no ability to influence others through the written word,” think again. When discussing issues with a good friend or small group, chances are you're persuasive. If you don't change opinions, you certainly make people think. If they show resistance, at least they know there's another side to issues other than their own, which is all they are ever exposed to.
Every cell phone today has a voice recorder and speech-to-text mechanism, so you don't even have to use a keyboard. This entire article was dictated while waiting for my car to be repaired. I stepped outside. It was a pleasant day, I was in the shade, and I let the words fly.
You undoubtedly have written some emails to friends about current issues. Sometimes, your emails are eloquent enough to upgrade into blog posts, replies to an editor, or even an article. It doesn't matter how long it's been since you've written anything that you believe would influence others.
Think of our combined efforts -- 75 million people voted Republican in the last election! This is a lot more than the alleged 81 million who voted Democrat. Recognize that now is the time. It is not sufficient to stay passive. It is not sufficient to grumble in the dark. Make your views heard.
Expose those who are trying to destroy America, your state, or your community. Expose the crappy policies of the Left and explain why they don't work. Highlight what does work, what you believe, and what you know will strengthen our country. Your views are as important as anybody else's, but they have zero impact if nobody knows about them. This is the time, the place, and you are the person.
