I want to talk about, obviously, what everyone else is talking about – that is, President Trump suggesting that he is about to be arrested, about to be indicted on Tuesday. Listen, a lot of people have a lot to say about this, but honestly, the most important thing you need to understand, because it is getting lost in the media coverage, is exactly what Donald Trump supposedly has done illegally here. If I had told you that Donald Trump made a cash settlement with a former porn star, who alleges she had an affair with him, settled out of court before there could be a lawsuit, paid her money, and had her sign a non-disclosure agreement, if I told you the money came from his campaign funds, you would probably think, "Oh, that sounds illegal. That can't be right. That can't be normal. He should have used his own private money and paid her through his private attorney." Ironically, outrageously, insanely, the former president is supposedly being investigated and indicted for the exact opposite. He's being indicted because he didn't use campaign money. Here's what they're alleging.
