Comey Could Be Telling us Something

Unless you have been living under a rock, you are either furious or feel vindicated over the announcement by, FBI Director, James Comey.  As much as progressives would like to downplay Comey's call not to indict Hillary Clinton, set media ablaze.  True, it boggles the mind that there are still people who support her as a presidential candidate, to include one Barack Obama.  There is no doubt that many are not surprised that the former secretary of state is not going to be indicted – yet.

With each passing day, the state of affairs in the United States proves many conspiracy theorists correct.  The Clinton practice of corruption goes all the way back to as far as the Nixon Administration.  The regiment of the events that continues to this day is now common knowledge.  The Teflon coating that surrounds both of the Clintons is at this time common knowledge, as is the current administration's disregard for the security and safety for our great country.

Most Americans are looking at the FBI report as a sign that the fix is in.  However, could the Clinton victory be short-lived?  Perhaps the director of the FBI is not the spineless Obama lackey of the administration that many claim he is.

In his statement, Comey destroys many defenses Clinton continues to use.  In the report, Comey states that it is "likely that there are other work-related e-mails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all e-mails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery."  Comey's statement contains damning evidence that could put Clinton in jail.  Ironically, at the end of the report, he fails to announce an indictment at his conclusion.

Many speculate that Hillary should be barred from running for president, due to the simple fact that she would be unable to pass a background check for security clearance.  Unfortunately, neither the president nor members of Congress require a security clearance to serve in office.  It would require amending the Constitution to change that.

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan also added fuel to the fire on Fox's, “The Kelly File.”  In the interview, Ryan expressed his thoughts on the situation saying, "People have been convicted for far less, and the point is, this certainly does underscore the belief the Clintons live above the law." Ryan went on say that they will be having hearings based on the outcome of the investigation.

We know that congressional hearings rarely go anywhere.  The more information that comes forward through these hearings, the more ammunition Trump has to use against Hillary in the race.  Polling shows that every time Hillary opens her mouth, she sinks in the polls; that is precisely why there were only nine DNC debates to the GOP’s 13.  The DNC didn't want their would be queen to lose to Bernie.  Now that weakness could be exploited by Trump to make up some much-needed ground on Hillary.

The statement came just a week after Bill Clinton had an impromptu meeting with Comey's boss.  Ever since that meeting Republicans have been speculating what the topic of conversation was.  Well, Comey's passing on the indictment leaves little room for speculation as to the small talk between the two.

Perhaps Comey's motive for destroying her is because he is waiting for a change of management.  A Clinton indictment would go absolutely nowhere under the Obama Justice Department.  Once she is charged and tried and acquitted, the double jeopardy clause in the 5th Amendment of the Constitution ensures she would be off the hook forever. To indict Clinton now would be a missed opportunity.  By waiting, it allows for a real prosecution and conviction, if the White House was under new management.

Knowing the Clintons and the Obamas, they are more than likely patting each other on the back, on another successful grand manipulation of the American system.  Meanwhile, the joke may at the end of the day be on them.  Although it looks as though Comey blew it for the American justice system, the director may be the unexpected hero that puts the nail in Hillary's coffin.
