My most devoted readers will know that I'm still a card-carrying member of the Football Writers Association of America.
Yeah. That's ALL of America.
The FFWA:
Founded in 1941, the Football Writers Association of America consists of the men and women across North America who cover college football for a living.
The membership includes journalists, broadcasters and publicists, as well as key executives in all the areas that involve the game. The FWAA works to govern areas that include game day operations, major awards and an All-America team.
In addition to all of my other talents- singing, dancing, haiku interpretive painting, goat whispering- I used to write about the NFL and, especially, the NFL Draft.
So, this last weekend was a very special one for me.
