Movement on 2012 Senate Budget?

Sen. Jeff Sessions, ranking member on the Senate budget committee, sent out a news release yesterday saying he's been informed "that a markup in the Budget Committee may occur as soon as the beginning of next week." All of the Republicans on the committee have asked that Democrat chairman Sen. Kent Conrad put his budget proposal online to review at least 72 hours before the markup.
