After all the kerfuffle, Jim Manley, a spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, said Brown would be sworn in tomorrow, as Republicans have demanded.
Once we get his certificate, we expect to swear him in tomorrow afternoon as early as 5 o'clock, which is earlier than he suggested.Brown had previously wanted to delay his swearing-in until February 11, in order to prepare staff and make personal accommodations. He changed his tune recently, to try and get sworn in as early as possible.
