Campaigner-in-Chief Off To Vegas

As twitter pictures circulate of our Ambassador to Libya's body being dragged through the streets, President Obama continues with his planned campaign trip to Las Vegas.  Good to know that nothing like world events can prevent the Campaigner-in-Chief from completing his appointed rounds.  On a day when America needs a Commander-in-Chief, it seems we've got a Campaigner-in-Chief, instead.

As a side note, isn't Las Vegas the city about which the President once had this to say?

You can't go take a trip to Las Vegas or go down to the Super Bowl on the taxpayer's dime . .

Ah but that, my friends, applied only to the private sector people the President was lecturing.  The rules are different for him and his friends in government -- remember the GSA's plans for an "over the top" bash in Vegas this spring?
