The Hill reports that Nancy Pelosi saw her net wealth rise by 62 percent this past year, "due to some stock gains and real estate investments made by her husband, Paul."
Actually, according to the article, the congressional leadership team of House Speaker John Boehner, Minority Leader Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell all saw their wealth go up. Pelosi's 62 percent increase, however was by far the largest jump.
