Sarah Palin is less than impressed with what she calls "nonsensical" runaway U.S. debt and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's fall back plan as a solution to gridlocked debt talks.
"We will not hand over more power, which I believe is unconstitutional, to President Obama."
