That, my friends, is a direct quote from President Obama, speaking to NBC exactly three years ago about how the $800 billion in stimulus funds he was then demanding would quickly create employment and boost economic growth -- just you wait and see!
So, how is the economy doing these days? Not so well, according to the CBO, and the future outlook is nothing to write home about, either. Now, where is that one-term proposition we heard so much about?
