And who did Shipman interview and quote from (besides the edited quote from Beck) for the story? Liberal black civil rights "leaders" -- Loretta Ross, Walter Fauntroy (who considers the Tea Party and the KKK interchangeable) and, of course, Al Shaprton, huckster extraordinaire.
Claire conveniently failed to talk to Dr. Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King Jr., who is speaking at the rally.
In fact, even though the public and the media know of very few people who will actually be speaking at the 8.28 rally -- including Glenn, Sarah Palin and Dr. Alveda King -- Claire, though she highlighted Palin's appearance, somehow forgot forgot to let viewers know that Alveda is speaking
The propaganda spewing from Shipman's mouth is sickening -- and her ABC handlers ought to be embarrassed; though I imagine that, instead of wagging fingers of shame, there were actually high-fives of congratulations around the ABC newsroom when Shipman pimp-slapped Beck on national TV.
This is propaganda. Lies, distortion, twisted words.
As Beck said today about the report:
"I'm gonna get a lot of heat for this, but stand in line: That's what Goebbels did. The truth didn't matter."Of course, there's a part of me that's glad that at least the liberal media isn't hiding their bias anymore -- it makes the jobs of the rest of us who know and can see the truth that much easier.
