Obama is itching to get cap-and-trade back on the table now that the oil spill provides him with a reason to say it's necessary. Energy companies are fighting back, trying to insist that any Kerry-Lieberman climate change bill not impact American jobs. I don't think its possible to have climate change legislation that doesn't impact American jobs, but their campaign is worth a look:
