More than 34,000 people in Mexico have been killed throughout the past four years and over the weekend there was a massacre: 41 people murdered in just 96 hours. Among the victims of drug cartel violence was a 10 year-old-boy.
Sounds like a civil war to me.... Obama, what say you?
