Leading Climatologist Says ENTIRE WORLD Must Be 100% Carbon Free By 2025

Fausta says it well:
Put down the crack pipe.
Here's Mark Hertsgaard, The Nation's environment correspondent, on Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, chief climate adviser to the German government.
...the WBGU study says the United States must cut emissions 100 percent by 2020--i.e., quit carbon entirely within ten years. Germany, Italy and other industrial nations must do the same by 2025 to 2030...this timetable is light-years more demanding than what the world's major governments are talking about in the run-up to Copenhagen.
The explanation:
The right to emit greenhouse gases is shared equally by all people on earth.
By this guy's logic, developing countries are should be penalized for their progress until they grind to a screeching economic, social, and industrial halt, and undeveloped countries should stay that way for time immemorial.

Oh, and, we all shouldn't breath.
