Eric Holder to Testify Before Judiciary Committee About Operation Fast and Furious

Attorney General Eric Holder, who has given inconsistent testimony to Congress regarding when he first knew about Operation Fast and Furious, will testify before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday, December 8 about the fatal program. Remember, Holder claimed during Congressional testimony in May 2011 that he had only known about Fast and Furious "for a few weeks." However, we have memos directly addressed to Holder dated July and August 2010 detailing the program; nearly a year before Holder admitted under oath. Holder's Dec. 8 testimony will come after some documentation requested through a subpoena (10,000 pages in total) to Holder and his top Justice Department officials from House Oversight Chairman Darrell Issa, is submitted to the public. You can be sure new information and new questions are on their way. Holder better get his lies, the lies of President Obama and the lies of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano in order before promising to tell the truth, and nothing but the truth about this deadly program. His testimony is sure to be "consistent and truthful" with his efforts to cover-up Fast and Furious since the beginning of the House Oversight Committee investigation.
