Video: Townhall Meetings On Ryan Budget Get Ugly

Via Allahpundit, a preview of things to come as professional Leftists infiltrate townhall meetings nationwide in advance of the 2012 budget showdown.  It's like the summer of 2009 all over again -- except this time around, the representatives pushing a controversial plan are Republicans.  And the public doesn't despise the program.  And its opponents actually are astroturf:

A town-hall meeting held in Orlando by U.S. Rep. Dan Webster degenerated into bedlam Tuesday, with membersof the crowd shouting down the freshman Republican congressman and yelling at one another.

The event was the last of a series of town-hall meetings Webster has held during Congress' spring recess, which ends Monday. While the others were civil and largely uneventful, the 300 people at Tuesday's meeting were so raucous they were scolded by a police officer to act "like grown people."

Webster tried to go over a series of charts showing growing levels of federal spending and debt and the reason he supports the federal budget plan put forward by Rep. Paul Ryan,R-Wis. But he was interrupted at every turn by shouts from critics that included members of progressive groups such as Moveon.org and Organize Now.

Check out the full video.  Spoiler alert: The liberals are the ones screeching out of turn; the conservatives are the ones chanting "let him talk!"

The architect of the GOP proposal -- about which the DCCC is lying its ass off -- is also getting an earful from some constituents:

The constituent eventually says "there's nothing wrong with taxing the top because it does not trickle down."

"We do tax the top," Ryan responds - prompting groans and boos from the audience.

According to the Journal-Sentinel, Ryan was largely warmly received at a different town hall event on Monday, where a suggestion that he run for president was greeted with applause.

UPDATE
: A handful of Floridian Lefties made the miscalculation of heckling Rep. Allen West, too.  The result was all kinds of awesome. "You're not going to intimidate me:"

As AP notes, it turns out the obnoxious woman who gets arrested at the end of the clip is...a former Air America talk show host.
