Presidential Priorities: 2016 Olympics

While commanders on the ground in Afghanistan await word on whether or not back-up is on the way and Israel sits within range of new mid-range Iranian missiles, the President will be taking a break from golfing and the late-night talk show circuit to travel to Copenhagen, Denmark, to make a personal pitch to bring the 2016 Olympic games to his hometown of Chicago, Illinois.  I mean, what else would he be doing anyway?  Talking to his Afghanistan commander for a second time?  Nah.

Glad to see we have our priorities in line.

Not everyone in Chicago loves the idea of the Olympics coming to town as much as Obama.  But Drudge is reporting this morning that local television stations have been ordered NOT to run any anti-Olympics stories.
