Rep. Weiner was on the House floor whining this week about not having enough time to read the 7-page long Defund NPR bill.

FLASHBACK: Weiner voted for the 2,000 page Obamacare bill a year ago when democrats gave republicans less than 48 hours to read the legislation that has given the government control of at least 17 percent of the U.S. economy.
