These Are The Democrats Calling For Kavanaugh's Impeachment

2020 Democratic presidential candidates are calling for Justice Brett Kavanaugh's impeachment after the New York Times published an excerpt from a book with claims about a new accuser and sexual assault allegation against the sitting justice.

Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Kamala Harris (D-CA) reminded voters that they opposed Kavanaugh's confirmation last fall.

But each of the presidential candidates had one common talking point: they felt the Department of Justice failed to properly investigate the allegations made by Deborah Ramirez and Christine Blasey Ford. And, because of that, they believe Kavanaugh should be impeached.

Although the Times claims to have this "new allegation" before them, a previous Times piece said they couldn't find any corroborating evidence of Ramirez's claims:

The Times had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate her story, and could find no one with firsthand knowledge. Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.
