Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi (R) on Sunday sent a letter to Secretary of State Ken Detzner demanding that he report any suspicious activity relating to the midterm elections to both the Office of Statewide Prosecution and the State Attorney's Office.
Dear Secretary Detzner:
As part of your statutory duty as secretary of state, I know you and your staff are continuing to investigate the recent events occurring in Broward and Palm Beach counties regarding the 2018 election. In doing so, when you find any indication creating a reasonable suspicion of potential criminal activity, please report it to law enforcement agencies include the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Furthermore, I want to remind you that Florida Statute 97.012 (15) also directs you to report any such findings to the Office of Statewide Prosecution or the local state attorney's office when prosecution might be warranted. I realize that you are not a prosecutor nor an attorney. I am formally requesting that you report any reasonable suspicion of criminal activity to both the prosecutor and the state attorney.

Bondi also sent a letter to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, scolding them for failing to properly investigate the matters taking place in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
"I am deeply troubled by your announcement that you will not pursue any investigation or inquiry into clearly documented irregularities in the conduct of election officials in Broward and Palm Beach counties in the 2018 election," Bondi said in her letter to Commissioner Rick Swearingen.
Now the million dollar question: will charges be brought against election officials, like Brenda Snipes?
