Andy Puzder, the CEO of CKE Restaurants, which heads fast food restaurants like Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, is rumored to be Donald Trump's top pick for Labor Secretary.
Should Puzder earn the role, he is expected to ease the burden of government regulations. In an op-ed for CNBC in July 2014, he explained why minimum wage hikes are job killers.
Puzder is just as opposed to Obamacare, claiming that it too has bankrupted businesses.
