Don't Believe in Global Warming? AP Says You "Reject Mainstream Climate Science"

The Associated Press has announced a change to how the organization will define people who are skeptical to global warming and climate change theories. The news organization, which produces the AP Style book used by thousands of news outlets and university journalism programs around the country, has added the following change

We have reviewed our entry on global warming as part of our efforts to continually update the Stylebook to reflect language usage and accuracy.

We are adding a brief description of those who don’t accept climate science or dispute the world is warming from man-made forces:

Our guidance is to use climate change doubters or those who reject mainstream climate science and to avoid the use of skeptics or deniers.

Biased, to say the least. If this is the logic AP is going to use, "pro-choice" should be defined as "those who reject mainstream biological science." As a colleague of mine mentioned about this topic, based on this new definition clock kid Ahmed Mohamed should be referred to as "one who rejects mainstream timepiece science."

Keep in mind global warming and climate change fanatics have already tried to change the language surrounding this issue by renaming "global warming," climate change.
