Some Democrats will claim that they really didn't know Americans would be forced to give up the insurance and the doctors they liked -- they will argue (some more credibly than others) that they were misled, too. But that option isn't available to Hillary . . . because she's the one who led efforts to remake the health care system back in 1993.
