Fox News: Clinton Leaves 9/11 Memorial Early Due To 'Medical Episode'; UPDATE: She Felt Overheated; UPDATE: Video Released

Fox News’ Rick Leventhal has reported that Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton left the 9/11 Memorial early due to a “medical episode.” Leventahl reported that he was told about this from a law enforcement source that was 15 feet away from the former first lady.

The source said that she was at a curb waiting for her motorcade, which shocked this person since she wasn’t supposed to be leaving so soon. Reportedly, when the motorcade arrived, Clinton seemed to be fainting, as she stumbled off the curb. The Secret Service assisted her into the van, though she lost one of her shoes in the process. She left around 9:30 this morning.

Levanthal said the motorcade left, "presumably in the direction of a hospital."

The Hill has the video sowing Clinton leaving the memorial, where she appears to be buckling at the knees. They also said that the press poll was not allowed to follow her.

UPDATE: CNN reports that the former first lady felt overheated and went to her daughter’s apartment:

Secretary Clinton attended the September 11th Commemoration Ceremony for just one hour and 30 minutes this morning to pay her respects and greet some of the families of the fallen. During the ceremony, she felt overheated so departed to go to her daughter's apartment, and is feeling much better," Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said in a statement.

You can read Guy's analysis of this incident here. If there's one that that is clear, questions about her health are no longer out of bounds. It also took the Clinton campaign 90 minutes to respond to the press about Clinton's whereabouts after she left the memorial.
