Senators Call For Select Committee on Benghazi

Republican Senators John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Kelly Ayotte just wrapped up a press conference where they called on Democrats to allow for a select committee to investigate the 9/11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, which resulted in the murders of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith.

"Nobody died in Watergate," McCain said.

Graham gave historical examples of past select committees, including the 9/11 attack and the war in Iraq. Graham and McCain also made it clear they have no interest in promoting UN Ambassador Susan Rice to Secretary of State.

"I am dead set that we don't promote anybody who was involved in the Benghazi debacle," Graham said.
