Kos: "Teabaggers" vs. Taliban
A special Friday helping of nuance from Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas, comparing ordinary patriotic Americans to members an evil Islamist cult killing our servicemen in Afghanistan:

Show of hands: How many readers find this graphic the least bit clever or entertaining?

Fun facts about Kos:  He wrote an entire book comparing American conservatives to the Taliban based on falsified data, and he celebrated the deaths of American military contractors in Iraq in 2004:

In 2004, following the brutal murders of four U.S. contractors in Fallujah, Kos reacted bitterly: "Screw them," he blogged. While such an odious comment would likely kill a conservative's career, DailyKos' traffic and clout have expanded ever since.

Kos habitually slanders his fellow citizens using mindless Taliban analogies, but seems to have little problem with the Taliban seizing control of Afghanistan following an American retreat -- which his site regularly advocates.  In truth, the Taliban is simply a convenient foil Kos uses to bludgeon his true enemy: Americans with whom he disagrees politically.

What an angry, pitiful man.
