(CNN) - Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich Wednesday fumed over an ABC News report released Tuesday, which said the GOP presidential candidate had come "dangerously close" to crossing ethical lines by allowing cash to flow between his charity and one of his for-profit businesses.

Speaking on the Neal Boortz Radio Show Wednesday morning, Gingrich denied any misconduct, saying the report was a "falsehood" and the "elite media" was out to destroy him.
